Registration Rates
Early bird registration deadline: 25/10/2014 (23:55 GMT)
Conference registration fees include tea/coffee breaks, lunch, proceedings, t-shirt and the conference dinner as well as access to all tutorials and workshops.
Early bird student registration fee 350 Euros (until 25/10/2014 (23:55 GMT))
Standard student registration fee 450 Euros
Late student registration fee 550 Euros (from 2/11/2014)
Early bird registration fee 700 Euros (until 25/10/2014 (23:55 GMT))
Standard registration fee 800 Euros
Late registration fee 900 Euros (from 2/11/2014)
- Participation fees are owed upon registration
- Please note that the student rate requires documented proof of your current student status. Proof of current student status should be emailed immediately after registration to student@ace2014.info
- Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received. In the case of student registration participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee AND documented proof of student status is received.
- In the case of registration cancelation by the participant, 30% administration fee will be charged.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after October 10, 2014.
